EU MiCA Exemption Notice (Recital 22):
PLURIX is an autonomous, open-source peer-to-contract protocol deployed on the Solana blockchain. It operates in a fully decentralized manner without custodial intermediaries, matching engines, or centralized order settlement.
1. Non-Custodial Architecture
PLURIX never takes custody, possession, control, or custody of user assets. Users interact directly with Solana programs via self-hosted cryptographic keypairs (e.g., Phantom, Solflare). Users retain sole control and legal title over their tokens at all times.
2. No Financial or Investment Advice
The PLURIX protocol and this web interface do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Content displayed does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell digital assets.
3. Token Classification
PLURIX tokens and tokens created via the shared vault launcher are decentralized utility and access tokens designed for protocol routing and ecosystem governance. Tokens do not represent equity, shares, debt instruments, or rights to dividends or profits from any legal entity.
4. Jurisdictional Restrictions & Sanctions
Access to this interface is prohibited for persons located in, or residents of, sanctioned jurisdictions under EU, OFAC, and UN international sanctions programs.
